Maude Stubbings
Hello! I’m Maude, an Animator and Story Artist from the Isle of Harris, in the Outer Hebrides, Scotland.
I graduated in 2022 from the University of Dundee, with a degree in Animation BDes (Hons), and completed Stop Motion 1 with Aardman Academy in 2023. I joined their In Studio Stop Motion course in 2024, and have recently finished production on a short, stop motion film called 'Tricks for Old Dogs'.
Within my studies I like to focus on Character Design, Animation and Storyboarding.
I really love silly doodles left on scraps of paper, flipping through comics + zines, 1960s baroque-pop music, and novelty mugs!
